We enjoyed our 2023 rental at 1670 Boardwalk. Unit 23. I recommend adding a note on website indicating that top bunk only for people weighing less than 150.

Ocean 17's location cannot be beaten! And the pool is such a bonus. My family has been coming to Ocean 17 for over 50 years, even before they were individually owned condos. The property is very well maintained.

My family has been renting from Berger at Ocean 17 for close to 50 years, back when they were apartments! Rose Smith was our rental agent for many years, then Karen Manley and now Mike Moss.

Location was excellent as was the pool. Beds however were not good. Master seemed fine. The others - 2nd and 3rd bedrooms - were terrible. And frames squeaked loudly whenever you moved. And futon was hard as a rock. The second bedroom bed was not supportive enough.

My agent made the rental process very easy and pleasant. She responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. I would certainly deal with Berger again whether for rentals or purchase of a home should I decide to do so
