Rental property was very nice and well equipped. The Nest thermostat which was being remotely set or controlled and did not allow changes was disconcerting. There were no instructions on how to re-set and hold a temperature. We woke up every night with the temperature in the unit at 75 or higher and the time to cool back to 72 or 71 degrees was 2+hours. Temperature when we arrived at 3 PM on Saturday afternoon was 82 degrees. It was well after 7 PM until it was comfortable, then within a few hours the thermostat had re-set itself to 75 degrees.
