Our second floor 4 bedroom 2 full bath condo sleeps 10 comfortably and has so much to offer during your stay. Enjoy our bright, spacious and open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and laminate flooring throughout. New living room furniture, breakfast bar stools, dining room table and deck furniture were updated for the 2024 season! Master bathroom and bedroom updated with the comfortable King size purple mattress for 2025 season. There is a flat screen 55" Smart TV equipped with Netflix and cable TV in the living room and additional Smart TV's in 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with SS appliances, cooking utensils, pots & pans and a breakfast bar. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.
This condo offers two furnished private decks for your family to enjoy! The covered deck off the living room is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and to relax after a day at the beach. The rooftop deck is spectacular with a glimpse of the ocean and a calm and peaceful setting to just chill. On those quiet and clear nights, you can relax and hear the waves breaking against the shoreline.
This condo offers off street parking for 2 cars. After a day at the beach, wash off in our enclosed outdoor shower equipped with hot water. Store all you beach supplies in the outdoor storage closet.
