303 42nd St. Ocean City NJ is a very nice rental listed as a 2nd floor unit but is actually on the 3rd level considering the 1st level is the garage. The unit itself is very comfortable and spacious. It has a nice patio with a small ocean view and a view of the bayside as well. My friends and I have stayed there 2 years in a row and enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice location just a couple short blocks from direct beach access. Very comfortable living accommodations. Great deck with outdoor seating for meals but could use a table umbrella for some shade. Might also benefit from some additional casserole dishes and utensils for meal preparation. Re-booked for next year.

There were ants in the kitchen. Then AC died the last night.
On the positive note, the unit was freshly painted, so that was really nice.
