Start your mornings on the wrap-around porch (it wraps three sides!); sip your coffee as you soak up the salty breeze or gather here for lively evenings with family and friends. Step through the double front doors, and youre welcomed by a bright, airy foyer that leads into an open living room, complete with windows on two sides and a grand fireplace. A massive dining room awaits just beyond the living area, with two French doors that open to the back porcha great spot for sunset dinners. Head down the outdoor stairs to fire up the dedicated gas grill or rinse off the day in the enclosed outdoor shower. Rounding out the main level of this home is the fully-equipped kitchen; a chefs dream, featuring stainless steel appliances (including a gas range, microwave, French-door fridge with ice maker, and dishwasher), a handy bar sink, pantry cabinets, and even a stacked laundry.
