Place worked out fine. Very convenient and comfortable. Wished refrigerator had water filter, and outside clothesline. Otherwise just great.

We had a great time in OC this past week. We will come again. This rental property needed some updating and the kitchen was not well stocked. However, everything was in working order and enjoyed our stay very much.

Since this rental we have installed all new kitchen cabinets, counter top and appliances. Also, we have put new carpets in all bedrooms, new slider door, new toilets, new heater and new air conditioner. We try to update every year. Thank you.
