Our rental at 2408 Central Ave. was beautiful and clean, close to the amazing beach, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood! It had everything we needed... it served our needs perfectly!

There were issues with appliances that John addressed. Cleaning crew wasn't the best as we had sand in a couple of the beds under the covers

Owner of the house was present the week we rented. Knocked asking us to keep door close at all times because of the ac. We had small children and the sliding door was heavy for them and would just leave it open ( by accident) we could not relax at all afterwards. Second to last day the owner sprayed an insecticide outside everywhere. That is all we smelled. Could not sit outside the first half of the day. Will not be requesting this property again

The rental was very nice, well taken care of. We were very happy all bedrooms had a TV, however, you could only get connection on a few, which was disappointing and limited channels on the others.
