This property has a wonderful open bay view. It is really two separate apartments renting as one house. Beautiful dock and swimming in the bay at high tides. Nicely renovated and pet friendly. Three Air Conditioning units keep it cool and breezy through both apartments. First floor has a full kitchen, living room with pullout queen sleeper and large TV and one bunk bedroom with 2 bunk beds that are comfortable for 4 children or adults. The bathroom is tiled and has a full large shower and glass doors. Open the wall of windows and you are on the dock on the open bay. The second floor has a full kitchen, open to the living room with a queen pullout sofa bed and large TV. The bedroom is small with a queen bed and dressers and a small TV. The tiled bathroom and shower is in between the bedroom and living room. There is no bathtub in the house. Open the windows and you have a lovely upper deck with the amazing view of the open bay. This property is actually 2 one bedroom apartments renting as one!
