Needs new mattress on couch. Hi bar very uncomfortable
A wagon on some form of item to put beach chairs in would be helpful. Last year we had beach chairs beach tags and umbrellas at our rental.

Property was very clean, and the interior layout was open and inviting.
The only drawback was the porches had no overhang for shade and relief from rain.
