GREAT LOCATION!! 1st floor condo, one short block from the ocean and boardwalk, corner of 14th St/Wesley Ave. One free parking pass for "come and go," "day and night," at "Beach and Boardwalk," next to Bob"s Bikes, Bright, clean, comfortable, with 3 cable TV's, secure Wifi, DVD player, AC, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, amusements. Well-equipped kitchen, with table for 8; has a folding table/chairs for total seating of 10-12. Also DVD movies, books, puzzles, toys, games, etc. With your help, Excellent Beach Patrol keeps you safe in ocean and on beaches from 10:00 am-5:00 or 5:30 PM. Events for all ages: Get info at the Music Hall or City Hall and be sure not to miss anything during your stay in America's Favorite Family Resort.

Come stay in Ocean City right on 14th St and only a stone's throw to the beach and boardwalk! You can already imagine smelling your next breakfast & lunch at Bob's Grill, smell's a little salty being so close to the beach but it's good for your health! In the afternoon, you can smell the sweet caramel being poured over fresh popcorn at Johnson's Popcorn. And all while listening to the waves of the ocean!

This second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Once you climb the stairway to the large front deck, you'll realize just how close you are to the boardwalk, without all the noise so you can enjoy all evening with ample space for everyone. Upon entry, you're welcomed with cathedral ceilings, open concept living room, dining area and kitchen on the left side of the home. Now to the right side across from the living room is your first bedroom with two twin beds. The next bedroom features one bunk bed with two double beds. Passed the dining area is the stackable laundry room next to the full bathrooms. The last bedroom to the right has a queen bed and full bathroom for the primary's comfort. 

There is a storage bin on the side of the house to house your beach gear. And in the back of the home is an open shower and hose for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. Or even a short day at the beach because you are so close, feel free to come and go as much as you'd like. Not to mention 14th St and Wesley Ave has a traffic light making it walking friendly for most ages.
