This large (over 1200 square feet) centrally located condo was built in 2017 and has an open floor plan, two comfortable lounging areas with a 50-inch flat screen TV, two bedrooms and two baths with designer HGTV furnishings and decor. Everything is new for your weekend getaway or your extended stay. It has everything you would expect from newer construction at the shore - high ceilings, large windows with plenty of natural light, central air and heating, and a designer kitchen with quartz counter-tops. It is on the third floor, but you have an elevator. It has a garbage shoot, not bins in the alley. The view is on Asbury Avenue toward the Ferris Wheel.The kitchen is fully equipped and the bar seats four, and so does the dining table. The master bedroom has a queen bed (with memory foam mattress), with a private bath with double sink, bath tub and rain-shower.Second bedroom has a twin plus trundle and a second twin to accommodate three. The trundle is also a memory foam mattress on top. This room has a wall-mounted TV, too. If you need to accommodate a sixth guest, a living room chair folds out to a single bed. The large second bathroom is off the dining room and has a single sink and shower. Washer and Dryer are off the kitchen.There is one assigned parking spot, and the owner provides two adult and one child bicycle, kept in the building's bike room, and two beach chairs. Only four short blocks to the beautiful Ocean City beaches and one block to the Acme grocery store.
