Everything was great about are renting experience and our rental property. The only suggestion we have is that the queen bed in the unit needs a new mattress. When 2 people sleep in it, they slide together in the middle.

Absolutely my favorite house we have rented. House was in excellent shape, homey, and owners details were spot on. Location was also great for us as we have family that own a home and vacation our same week 1 block away.

Loved the house. Coming back next year to same home. Trish was exceptionally helpful in finding the home and arranging for us to change the week but keep same rental for next year.

The only "problem" we face every year is the parking situation at the 16th & Boardwalk location for key pickup/drop off. Aside from parking, always have excellent experience John Andrews and Berger!
