Door locks were a problem. First, we were given keys. It did not work at all. After we finally got the correct keys the lock was sometimes hard to use, and we ended up using the deadlock rather than the one for the door knob.

We appreciate the phone call/text we receive letting us know when the rental property is ready. We also like the curbside, quick key pickup/drop off system Berger has. We have been using Berger Realty to book our vacation rentals for many years and we will probably continue to use them in the future. Thank you

The home was nice. The owner and rental agent were extremely attentive when the air conditioner stop working and shorted out. A services person was out that night and repaired it. Realtor was at a family function and was very helpful getting this resolved with the owner. The master bedroom bed was squeaky, the bed frame needs to be tightened for the next guests. Nice and quite stay.
