We very much enjoyed this rental. The one thing that might deter me from renting again was how terrible the mattresses were. Trash pickup was listed as Tuesday and Thursday but was picked up Wednesday.

The living room furniture needs a deep clean. There are stains on the arms of the loveseat. We have been renting the same property for about 5 years. All of the bedspreads, etc are the same. Probably time for a refresh.

Second year renting this property and was disappointed that nothing was improved…no outside table, so-so furniture on porch. Will not rent here again.

property needs updated garage door needs painted carpet showing wear. also 2year in a row john has to put all can's out completed filled saturday former tenants never put out. and tenants on 2nd fl didn't put out or put back
