it was fine - the clogged drain in the hall way bath was pretty bad and funky.
the kitchen was fine - just not a great arrangment of cabinets, etc. so it made it difficult for two people to cook at the same time. not a big deal

The Condo was neat and clean and steps away from the beach a perfect location plus nice and quiet, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Overall we were very pleased with our rental.
Cleanliness, unit upgrades, kitchen supplies.
Our only disappointment was the condition of the double bed. The box spring or the bed frame has a terrible squeak and it made for very poor sleeping conditions. Hopefully this problem can be resolved.
