We like our rental at 5538 Central - great location and comfortable. Property was marginally clean, at least one bedroom was not touched and had trash and sand all over it. Master bathroom toilet would run at various times throughout the day and night. Front deck needs some attention and outdoor shower had evidence of mold in areas. As former OC rental owners we understand it’s challenging toward the end of season but these details need some attention. Thanks.

No cleaning supplies were at the property at check-in. Condition of property was clean and met our expectations . Would rent 5538 central ave again. Owner should take care of soft area of the floor inside by the door to the front deck.
