Step out to the spacious deck and grab a cold drink to watch the Phillies or your favorite movie on the outdoor TV. If you're cooking, the high end appliances and well equipped kitchen should make your experience more enjoyable. There are ample tools, pots, pans and serving ware to prepare and enjoy those memory-making meals feeding family and friends. A large Weber Genesis grill is located in the garage if that is your preference. After dinner, check out the pantry for the supply of games and puzzles for everyone's entertainment.
Three bedrooms are en suite with king beds each uniquely decorated. A fourth bedroom holds a bunk bed that fits full size mattresses. The den on the top floor serves as a fifth bedroom with a double size sofa bed. Each bedroom has wall mounted streaming TVs and custom built closet organizers. Cozy and comfortable but with an elegant upscale appeal.
Other amenities to make your stay more enjoyable include beach chairs, towels; beach wagon and umbrella. Additionally there is a laundry center, ice maker, beach toys and outdoor games in the oversized garage. Parking for two easily fits in the driveway.
Finally, be sure to check out the breathtaking views from the rooftop deck. Truly spectacular!
