The house was the perfect size and had a great location. There was a little bit of a musty smell in the master bedroom. There was also a little bit of an ant problem in the kitchen. Other than those minor problems the house was excellent!

Locks need to be corrected. Dead blot lock on back door needs to be replaced. There was no key for front door (top of steps).

This is a beautiful third floor condominium that features two large master bedrooms(one with ocean view), each with a private full bathroom. Sip your morning coffee as you watch the waves from your bedroom! The second master bedroom is adjacent to a rear balcony for privacy. In addition are two more bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (not bunks-no climbing)! These two bedrooms are located on either side of the 3rd full bathroom. The condo features 2 oversized water heaters so 3 showers can be used simultaneously with plenty of hot water- fast cleanup from the beach! 

Relax in the huge family room with an oversized sofa that also folds out into a queen size bed. There is a large screen Roku TV with Xfinity. A sitting area with ocean views is located off the family room that features a half circle of sunny windows with a table that seats 4 for quick snacks, puzzles, card games and laptops. A double door leads to the spacious front balcony for relaxing, entertaining, or a romantic evening watching the moon rise over the ocean. Enjoy the large dining area with a huge dining table that seats 8 comfortably. There is a well appointed kitchen with snack bar that has every amenity included- no need to bring any utensils or cookware. Large pantry is present to store all your munchies. Large washer and dryer are present. 

Outside there is an enclosed private shower for a quick rinse after the beach. There are 2 spaces for off street parking off a private alley. The location at 13th street is in the heart of Ocean City with numerous restaurants and activities a short walk away. The boardwalk is right across the street with easy beach access. This is a beautiful well maintained rental in the heart of Ocean City that can easily accommodate two families!

Theres nothing like a corner house with views of the water!

Escape to the beach in this very spacious (2500 sq ft) 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, with another full bathroom on the ground floor. Ideally located just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shopping and fun!

It has a very large open floor plan, with a beautiful well stocked kitchen and center island, as well as cathedral ceilings throughout.

The rooms are spacious, inviting and comfortable for families or groups of up to 16. Every bedroom has a large TV and ceiling fan.

1.       Front main deck (facing east to provide morning sun and afternoon shade) has an awning, along with a table, chairs and lounge area.

2.       Rear wrap around deck, which stretches from the master to two other bedrooms. Includes a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs. 

3.       Very large exclusive rooftop deck, fully furnished and big enough to host a large party!

Steps away from the boardwalk's best attractions like Playland's Castaway Cove, Golden Galleon, Congo Falls, Jilly's Arcade, the Surf Mall, Manco & Manco, and more. A short walk west you will find Starbucks and other coffee shops, Bungalow Bowls, Cinco De Mayo, Hooked on Breakfast, and the other great restaurants and shops of Asbury Avenue and the downtown area.

There are up to 6 off street parking spots in total  up to 4 (standard sized) cars parking in the garage and 2 more spots in the driveway.

The unit has an assortment of beach chairs, carts and beach toys in the garage, but the condition of these cannot be guaranteed. Six of these chairs are brand new for the 2024 season.

There is also a grill located in the garage. There is a propane tank, but cant guarantee the level of the propane. There are places close by if it needs to be refilled.

Upgrades last year included adding mounted TVs in every room, new beds, new patio furniture, new dining room furniture, new hot water heater and more.

Updates for the 2024 season included kitchen, flooring, master bathroom and window treatments.
