The property was very clean and updated. The living room furniture was in decent condition, not distressed or damaged and the beds were fine. The front porch was nice but very noisy because it's on a busy street. There is a small backyard which was nice if you have a small pet and there is an outdoor shower good for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A few updated kitchen items are needed. The pots-pans, coffee mugs, can opener and cooking utensils weren't ideal. Also, there is no full length mirror anywhere in the unit! Adding that to one of the bedrooms or both would be very nice to have! Bathroom was in good condition, just small and no counter space because it's a pedestal sink so there was no place to put your hair dryer brushes makeup bag etc.! The updated air conditioning was really nice and the unit was comfortable all the time. Overall, it is a cute small space, perfect for a couple with maybe 1 or 2 young kids. It was just my husband & myself and our small dog and it was fine for us, but having another couple to share the only bathroom would have felt crowded. The kitchen is cute and the laundry area was really convenient for washing beach towels!
