2024 Vacation
Very clean. Great location. Boardwalk is a little far to walk to, but doable. Beach is very close. The air conditioner is very loud but it’s white noise and we got used to it. I would bring a white noise machine or a fan to drown it out at night. Wasn’t really an issue during the day honestly. Very friendly downstairs neighbor who takes pride in his home. Both decks were lovely. TV/internet both worked great. We loved the location and would rent this place out again.

The house was clean and very well kept.
Everything was great except the central air unit was incredibly loud, constantly running. It was as if a vacuum cleaner was on in the room with you. Would not stay here again.

Our rental, 1938 Asbury 2nd floor, was a clean and nice unit. However, the air conditioner struggled to cool the unit so the fan was running constantly and extremely loudly. This had a very negative impact on our comfort level during an otherwise good stay. When I emailed Barbara about the problem, she responded by leaving a message on my home #, which we did not get until our vacation was over. I was disappointed that she did not try harder to contact us/resolve the issue.

Not looking for a McMansion experience. Want a nice, clean, "beachy feeling" apartment, close to beach and boardwalk. Love September when all the kids disappear. Our rental met all expectations! Thank you. Slight improvement suggestion: expand the TV package a little bit. Had to go to bar to see some of football games.

Property needed a little paint on interior doors and the HVAC filter needed to be changed which I did myself. I also cleaned the HVAC intake grate.

Property was completely painted with new linens and window treatments. Very fresh and "beach feeling". Lovely couple on first floor. Great location. Two weeks of perfect weather...what's not to like!
