Description
Renovated and redecorated interior for the 2025 season. Check back for updated photos.
Adorable single family home just added for 2022 summer rental season. On the ocean side of Asbury so just a short walk to the beach. The boardwalk starts at 23rd street so great location to walk or ride you bike up to the boardwalk 1st floor has the living room/dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen bed. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between. One bedroom has 2 twins (the owner provides a bed bridge in the closet if you want to push the 2 twins together to use it as a king bed) and the other bedroom has 3 twins (2 twin with a twin trundle under one of them). Owner has 4 folding chairs in the closet for additional seating at the dining room table. Nice enclosed porch area out back as well as a large open deck with table and chairs to enjoy the back yard. The owner has a large storage area if you want to bring a few bikes to use, you would need to bring a lock if you want to lock the door. Living room has a new 55" smart tv and a new weber grill purchased for the 2022 rental season.
