Property was expensive, it needed a few repairs from other tenants issues. Also bedrooms crowded and too much owner stuff in closets/cabinets /storage room. Great location and Dave is great to work with!

Love the location. The owner always keeps up the unit with replacement and upgrades. The cleaning before we move in is sporadic and sometimes not good at all. 2023 was the best we have ever seen it. This year not so much.

This year the owner put in a few more upgrades, new couch (great), another king size bed, new deck furniture. Very pleased with how clean it was this year. We usually have to spend some time on that when we arrive.
