Located in the quiet south end, this refreshed 2nd floor gem features an elevator for easy of check-in and a large dining table and well-appointed kitchen. Located close to Corson's Inlet and the restaurants and shops of 55th street. The 3 King beds accommodate the adults/couples along with 2 twins for the kids or singles. New in 2023 will be sofa and loveseat and new washer (dryer replaced 2022) as well as refrigerator and microwave. New lighting will also arrive soon for the living room.

For the price property is getting dated and run down. It needs a face lift to stay competitive. Other properties in this price range are nicer. This property does have an excellent location and owner was very responsive when elevator had issues.

This rental was not up to standard of a beach front property.The elevator directions were poor and there was no emergency key left for us. The gas grill was dirty so we couldn't use it. The kitchen was terrible! The dishes ,flatware, wine glasses and regular glasses were maybe for five people not enough for 3 meals a day and they were all missed matched. I had to run the dishwasher daily. The kitchen garbage bins were so old and broken. The hallway bathroom toilet paper holder was missing the roller. I could go on but you can see i and my family were disappointed in rental this year especially since it is the most expensive one that I have rented in May.

Unfortunately, this rental took place when we just took over the property it was completely mismanaged, and since it was rented we had no time to change it. It is so much nicer and cleaner. We have added furniture (cocktail table and end table new mattress and bed frame in master bedroom) and replaced missing elevator keys,toilet paper roll, bedding as well as adding new closet interiors

Doors and covered deck had the best views we've ever had. The kitchen and bathrooms were a disappointment. Had to have a plumber fix one of the shower's diverter valves. Bedroom furniture was falling apart. Decorations were mediocre.
Our family probably won't be back with the prices and availability as they are now.

Unfortunately we had to take the property over from a family member it was completely mismanaged. We have added a new mattress and bed frame in the master bedroom, in the landing area we added new furniture and decor. There is also a new cocktail and end table. We had the 2nd bathroom completely resurfaced. There was also work done in all the closets, they were cleaned out and new interiors were placed in the closets as well. There is a new throw rug in the bedroom with the twin beds and new bedding in certain rooms

The property is great. Oceanfront and beautiful exterior. Furnishings are clean and functional but dated (which is fine with us and is reflected in the rental price). We would definetly return!
