 This is a lovely 4-bedroom 3 bath 2nd floor unit with partial views of the ocean, Unit has 2 master suites with adjoining bathrooms of which one bedroom has a king bed.  It has been recently remodeled with high end furnishings, appliances and updated bathrooms. located just a short walk to the 34th street area which has restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket. the unit also supplies 4 bikes, surf boards and boogie boards as well. Parking is offered with 1 spot in the garage and 2 off-street spots behind the building.

We loved the location. House was nice and stocked with lots of things . We just suggest listing all the things like bikes, beach cart, spike ball, beach chairs etc so that people don’t bring all that stuff with them. Only other suggestion would be better lighting. Front master bedroom was very dark. Loved having 2 master bedrooms! Some chairs on back deck would also be helpful. Would rent again !

Very very nice. The blinds on the glass doors are cheap and inoperable. The two steps to the living area need to be marked somehow. I was distracted and fell. All else, really great!

The location we rented this year was really very nice with one expection - as you go in the door to the house there are two steps down to the living room/dining area. We were not aware of these steps and as we walked. Fortunately no one feel down those two steps when entering. To make sure no one feel we put painters tape on the edge of each step. We removed the tape before we left the rental. Everything else was great!

I and my family enjoyed our stay. We loved the openness and brightness of the unit. The bathrooms were exceptional, as were the appliances. The full washer and dryer were very convenient. The location was perfect. It was great to have the unit stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, etc.. The availability of beach tags, beach chairs, bicycles, surfboards, etc. was very accommodating. My constructive comments are as follows: the dryer vents blow onto the steps which causes dust to accumulate in the steps, which were not cleaned by the cleaning crew. The front door to the condo and the shower could use a sanding and repainting as they give a first negative impression of the condition of the property. The decks could have been cleaner. The bedroom carpets need to be shampooed. The vertical blinds are in disrepair and need to be replaced. Also, I would have preferred that all of the bulky comforters be placed in elsewhere since my impression is that they are not laundered between rentals. These comments are in no way meant to offend or complain about the unit, but rather to provide the owners and agent with detailed remarks. The owners were more than accommodating and made us feel so welcome with their story about their Ocean City home. We will definitely consider renting next year if the availability of the property coincides with our vacation schedules. P.S. It was a thoughtful surprise to provide the cleaning service between Week 1 and Week 2 of our stay. Thank you.

Property was lovely. The renovations that the owners have made are excellent and seems more are in the works. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. we absolutely loved the college and pro sports cups, nice touch! Beach tags, bikes and beach equipment was a bonus. Property was perfectly situated for easy beach access. Our only complaint was no bathtub for our younger grandchild…possibly a shower head with removable sprayer could be considered. All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you😊😎
