Loved the comfort and decor of the living area. The bed, however, were not very comfortable and the air conditioning was very uneven from room to room.

We had an excellent time in OC this year. Trish is very good to work with and always does a great job helping us find the perfect rental. I don't know how Trish does it, but she always provides great weather, too. :)

Thank you Zachary for the help w/the rental at 3002 Asbury. My family enjoyed our stay. It had been years since we had rented from Berger Realty and had a great time! Please also let the property owner know the place was clean and enjoyable and thank him for sharing his vacation home.
I would definately rent again next year.
