Terrific location, especially with kids. Well stocked, comfortable furniture, including on the porch. Starting to get a bit worn, though (loose knobs, etc). The clothes dryer always takes forever to dry clothes. But overall, a good place.

This home was perfectly located to the beach and boardwalk. The home was modernized and comfortable. The only downside are the walls are thin so you can hear the trash trucks and mail trucks very early in the morning.

Beautiful 1st floor, 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom property.  Master bedroom will have a 40" TV and its own deck with two patio chairs and table, bedroom "2" will have a 32" TV. Living room will have a 48" TV. Each unit will have a stack-able washer/dryer in the hallway. 1st floor queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in bedroom "2", full over full in hallway bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two off street parking spaces and outside shower. Front deck has patio furniture that seats six. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and blender Everything is in walking distance to the boardwalk, beaches and downtown Ocean City, no need for your car to leave the drive way! This is a duplex with the 1st floor on the bottom and second floor on the top. To enter the first floor unit the stairway is located out front of the duplex Beach, and boardwalk only one block away!! Music Pier is one block away and the water park is two blocks away.
Enjoy cable TV, free WiFi, or watch a DVD on one of two flat screen TV's. Each bedroom has a flat screen television, kids bedroom has DVD movies and much more.

Our large 6 bedroom condo is located at 715 moorlyn terrace. In the Heart of beautiful, fun, and family-oriented Ocean City, New Jersey. Great for large or multi families of up to 13.
This is a wonderful location with 2 off street parking spaces. 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bath. 2 bath with tubs and 2 with showers.

Location: Our home is conveniently located on Atlantic ave and Moorlyn terrace --just a short 1 block or approx. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and exciting Boardwalk with Wonderland Amusement Pier 2 blocks away. The Boardwalk is also home to Cast Away Cove Amusement Pier, Gillian's Island Water Park, arcades, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf courses, movie theaters, etc. Enjoy plays, comedy and music events at The Ocean City Music Pier 1 block away (check Ocean City Music Pier online for listings), also located on the Boardwalk. Tickle your taste buds with some ice cream at hobbie horse (around the corner) or gelato, water ice, fudge, Ocean City's famous Johnson's popcorn, and much more. In the morning, enjoy a family surrey ride or bike ride and have breakfast on the boards. Later, fly a kite, build castles on the beach or just take a walk by the water.
