Living room will have a 48" TV. Each unit will have a stack-able washer/dryer in the hallway. 1st floor queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in bedroom "2", full over full in hallway bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two off street parking spaces and outside shower. Front deck has patio furniture that seats six. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and blender Everything is in walking distance to the boardwalk, beaches and downtown Ocean City, no need for your car to leave the drive way! This is a duplex with the 1st floor on the bottom and second floor on the top. To enter the first floor unit the stairway is located out front of the duplex Beach, and boardwalk only one block away!! Music Pier is one block away and the water park is two blocks away.
Enjoy cable TV, free WiFi, or watch a DVD on one of two flat screen TV's. Each bedroom has a flat screen television, kids bedroom has DVD movies and much more.

Property was clean and reasonably equipped . Parking was an annoyance with no rear lot. 1 vehicle in garage and 1 outside garage and street parking time limited. Usually e nexrent 14th St and further. Will go there next visit.

Great, clean rental close to the boardwalk! The living room couches could be updated.but all in all, the space was decorated nicely. It was good to have the deck fully furnished to enjoy dinner outside.

It was a beautiful rental, but lacking a large frying pan to cook hamburger, we had to go out and buy one. There was a small one there to cook eggs. It would be nice to have clocks on the night stands. We would rent the place again. Loved the location and front porch. Thank you, Mrs Barndt

Our large 6 bedroom condo is located at 715 moorlyn terrace. In the Heart of beautiful, fun, and family-oriented Ocean City, New Jersey. Great for large or multi families of up to 13.
This is a wonderful location with 2 off street parking spaces. 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bath. 2 bath with tubs and 2 with showers.

Location: Our home is conveniently located on Atlantic ave and Moorlyn terrace --just a short 1 block or approx. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and exciting Boardwalk with Wonderland Amusement Pier 2 blocks away. The Boardwalk is also home to Cast Away Cove Amusement Pier, Gillian's Island Water Park, arcades, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf courses, movie theaters, etc. Enjoy plays, comedy and music events at The Ocean City Music Pier 1 block away (check Ocean City Music Pier online for listings), also located on the Boardwalk. Tickle your taste buds with some ice cream at hobbie horse (around the corner) or gelato, water ice, fudge, Ocean City's famous Johnson's popcorn, and much more. In the morning, enjoy a family surrey ride or bike ride and have breakfast on the boards. Later, fly a kite, build castles on the beach or just take a walk by the water.
