Will not rent again due to neighbors. The last night they were so loud. Playing music until 5am and were outside throwing beer bottles. Ee could hear everything they were doing above us. We had to call the local authorities to complain. Very unfortunate because it was a beautiful rental

As much as my family loved this rental property, 2520 Central Avenue, next year we need to rent a house with minimal stairs in the house. My mother is disabled and we had a major issue with her climbing the stairs.

Property was very nice, clean, and updated. Looks like they are still getting it set up, as some pictures were not hung and were leaning against walls. Porch furniture was awkward as the chairs did not fit the table well, and could have used additional seating given the number of people the house accommodates. Two lamps were not functional. Could have used 2 table lamps and another seat in living room. Island could have used 4 stools. Still, overall very nice, with granite in kitchen and beautiful tiled showers. (2520 Central)

The home was clean, it had the required # of beds and the kitchen was modern. However, the home only had the "bare" essentials for it to be considered a "home" The kitchen was populated with plates, cups and cooking items for a small family (just the essentials). We will do a much better job of "due diligence" before we rent again. The porch had some basic chairs and an old table. Our mistake for not spending the time to investigate.
