Welcome to 3645 Asbury Avenue in beautiful Ocean City, NJ!  Our three bedroom, two full bath home is meticulously maintained, includes custom furniture and window treatments, and is ready to host your next family vacation.

It is similar to  new construction, as last year we updated everything on the outside of the house, as well as the entire kitchen, AC unit, bathrooms, doors, etc. 

The convenient location is just 1.5 blocks from the beach, as well as a short 3-4 minute walk to ice cream, Blitz's, Hoy's, bike rentals, tennis, basketball, and a large playground. Take the trolley to the boardwalk rides, water park, mini golf and shopping. A 5 minute or less drive from Acme, CVS, Wawa, Uncle Bill's Pancake House, Dot's Pastries, and much more. 

Our home comfortably sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, with sliders that lead to the back deck and an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, TV, and sliders that also lead to the back deck. The third bedroom had a Queen bed. 

There is off street parking for two cars, and a storage area to hold all your beach gear. The enclosed downstairs/outdoor shower with hot water is super convenient when you get back from the beach. 

The spacious front porch, or even more spacious back porch, is a great place to start your day with a morning cup of coffee, or to relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach.
