Ant problem at 1114 Ocean Ave. Master bath vanity covered in Ants. Sprayed and set ant traps. Ants persisted entire week. Otherwise nice rental but the Ant issues need to be addressed. Ants also on master bedroom night stand. Shouldn't have to deal with this on vacation.

We love this house and the location. This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Nice upgrades with the floors and furniture. The beds, though, are awful! So uncomfortable. We brought an egg crate to help and it didn't. I recommend getting new beds, more hooks on the doors for towels and also a better lock on door where the kids room is, for safety. Master Bath also smelled like urine or some chemical. I cleaned it but it never went away.

Rental unit had intermittent and very weak wifi. During a 3 week stay, this was inconvenient for reading emails, streaming videos and accessing important business materials.

We had a small issue with the ac not working and ants. Rita came the very next morning and fixed the ac for us after talking to the owner and the owners brother came to place ant traps for us within an hour. I appreciate how quickly it was handled. It was a great week even with the little hiccup to start. Thank you!

The master bedroom had a constant smell of mold/mildew which permeated the entire unit after a day or two. I'm allergic to mold so I was unable to sleep correctly. The location compensated and made the experience enjoyable but we would not choose this unit again.
