The condo location, layout and amenities were perfect. There were games, bikes, beach chairs and wagons to use. That was all perfect, the place could have been cleaned better before we checked in. The floors were dirty, hair and crumbs on the bed comforters, rags left in the kitchen sink, dirty stove.

The location was the best and the accommodations were perfect four our family of 8. The house was pretty dirty when we moved in. It was for pets but there was clumps of dog hair on the floor. Couches were worn and dirty. Bed was filled with dog hair.

Our family has been with John Greiner as our agent for well over 30 years. He is THE BEST!! Berger is the only agency we would ever consider using, and trust, with our vacation plans. We loved the location of our vacation rental this year, and hope to rent there again once we check the school calendar for next August and see when the children will be starting school.
