This was a well furnished, four bedroom, two and a half bath unit; located on the second floor. The unit was clean, the furnishings were up to date and the beds were comfortable. The garage for the unit is small and does not appear to hold a midsize or larger vehicle; but; the was great for storing our beach gear. An excellent overall rental experience.

Being on 2nd level was tough, I only have one lung. This unit was spotless, well decorated and welcoming. We really loved it. They need a plug for the kitchen sink and a mat to put under the dish drainer. We will rent from Rita again next year, thank you

2nd floor condo located in the heart of the boardwalk area.  Large front deck features a covered portion with a fan and exposed area for sunbathing.  Also private deck off master bedroom allowing evening breezes.  Open living area is  bright , airy and light filled with hardwood floors in living areas and arched celing. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and a breakfast bar. Three bedrooms include a bunk room which sleeps four.  Separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.  Take in a walk along Asbury Ave.  to view downtown shops or enjoy the  view from your deck.
