The house was beautiful and well appointed. Graham was great to work with. The only issue we had was the carpet near the washing machine was wet when we arrived. We did report it and we’re told to report if there was a problem when we tried to use the washer. When we used the washer there was leaking. Again, we reported it. Unfortunately there was no response and we were without a washer for the week. Otherwise, everything was great.

We can’t rent this one again because the steps make it too difficult for my Dad in his advanced age, and there’s no bathroom accessible without steps.

The owner from the property we stayed in was very accommodating and offered his help if we needed. The owner of the property above us, however, allowed their car to walk around and the cat was constantly on our porch which we did not like. Overall, great experience.
