Property was excellent. However, air conditioning broke during a 100 degree heat wave. Owner was responsive and had the ac unit replaced immediately. That was great, but it disrupted our stay and was inconvenient having a repair guy in and out of the house all day (8-5).

Throw rugs are a hazard. Kept tripping on them.

My parents have always used Berger, so I continued to do so. Have always been pleased with website, agents, & office personnel. Can't say enough nice things about my agent, Marianne Johnsen. First time renting so nothing to compare it to but to be honest the house was worn down - old bedspreads, ice maker jammed, coffee maker leaked, rusty chairs on porch, screen door fell off, . . Just worn and then water power shut off for entire day - no warning or ability to plan - may not have been avoided but guests left without showers being at beach/ workouts. Would not pick that place again.
