we visited prior to rental. nice place, upgrade to deck furniture was a nice bonus. location for beach access. view from the deck off the kitchen not the best “garbage cans etc”, but room deck was better. overall very happy with the stay and price is right for the location.

We very much like the house at 2925 Central! Makes us feel warm and homey! Close to the beach , and a very quiet area. Keeping our fingers crossed that we can rent it again next September!

This is the third year I rented 2925 Central Avenue. It was always very nice, but new owners have definitely upgraded with new furniture on front porch, a fully stocked kitchen, new rugs and furiture and my grandchildren's favorite, bunk instead of two single.

Beautiful well maintained first floor Gold Coast custom home with Handicapped Elevator Access* located on the beach block.  No streets for the little ones to cross, less than 100 yards to a premium, guarded beach access.  Professionally decorated with warm, comfortable cottage furnishings, this home is filled with all of the amenities you could dream of, including 6 LCD TVs with High Definition premium cable service and wireless internet.  3 full baths and custom fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances.  Dining table seats 10 comfortably with 2 additional counter stools.  A downstairs air conditioned Cabana Room with full bath (this is the 3rd bathroom) and a second laundry area keeps the mess of the beach outside.  All this and only 6 blocks to the boardwalk. In addition to being able to park a car in the garage the owner has a small bar area with beverage fridge and a tv to enjoy.

Two master suites with ensuite bathrooms. 3rd bathroom for the kids. Quartz countertops, GE Cafe stainless appliances, gas range and Bosch dishwasher. New furniture in the family room and kitchen. New mattresses. High-end bathrooms with Carrera marble tile, granite countertops, and glass shower enclosures. Outdoor furniture for indoor/outdoor living on both the front and rooftop decks.
