This 2nd floor condo features 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus a full cabana bath. It has a large garage, storage, additional offstreet parking and a beachside grilling patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a larger counter with four stools. The dining room seats eight and living room has an entertainment center and comfortable seating for 8 to 10. Three separate furnished deck areas provide maximum flexibility for early and late sun. The beach side deck includes a dining table that seats 6 to 8 and numerous chairs and 2 chaise lounges. You'll seldom need your car because the convenient location permits easy walking access to stores, restaurants, food markets, tennis and basketball courts, bicycle rentals, a fully equipped playground and easy and off access via the 34th street bridge.
