The second floor home (condo) features comfortable larger than average rooms, a Cathedral ceiling in the main room, a covered front porch where you can catch the last few rays of Sun while enjoying dinner. Our home is far enough from town to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for it to be a short walk. Conveniently located near playgrounds, basketball courts, popular restaurants and convenient stores (Wawa, CVS, Walgreens). Nearby attractions include tennis and pickle ball courts, miniature golf, Civic Center with Library, and bakeries.

Its only a block walk to drop a fishing line in the bay and 6 short blocks to the beach. New washer / dryer and new heating / cooling system. Awnings with table and chairs on porch. Freshly painted, bamboo hardwood flooring, new throw rugs. Indoor stairs. Please use only he clothes detergent in washer!

The house was spacious and extremely well stocked with lots of windows for natural light. The awning protected us from the afternoon sun so the porch is usable. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Parking was ample and the location is walkable to Asbury for shopping and to the boardwalk. We could also walk one block to watch the sun set over the bay. Added bonus - right across the street from Mario’s with the best pizza in town! Also one block from Mallon’s. Lots of steps to navigate, but worth it for the high ceilings and to be on the top floor. I would definitely rent here again.

Rental was excellent. Very clean. Just as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked well. Washer/dryer in Unit was full size and convenient to use. Had balcony deck to sit on (though on Bay st. side). Well stocked kitchen. Keurig to make coffee. Had some games to play. Central AC. 2 convenient parking spots. Would definitely stay here again. Bay is a busier street relative to the side streets but the bedrooms not on Bay side. Easy check in and check out. Only thing that would've been nice to have is some beach passes but they aren't that expensive to buy.

The only comment about the property I would suggest for follow up with the owner is their preset temp control. Having the temp go to 78 degrees overnight was a constant annoyance and unreasonable. I understand the reasoning for it but the parameters set were not justified for end of August during heatwave.
