Early rental - Great location
took a chance on an early rental in May. Weather was a bit on and off with sun and rain, and cool. However, house was great, great view of the ocean. Sat on the front deck which had sunny as well as shady location -- great for quiet reading and enjoying the breeze and view. Hope to come back next year at the same time -- no crowds and being at the end of the island had easy access to the beach for our multiple walks nearly every day regardless of the weather!

first time at 5838 central. not satisfied with the condition upon arrival, hair and sand in main hallway, I used the Swiffer and the pad was covered. coffee grounds left in the coffeemaker. large frying pan with burned food in it placed back in cabinet.

I was dissappointed that we had a leak in the roof of our rental and the owner new about it prior to renting. I expect to handle leaky roofs in my own home but don't really want to see them in the vacation home I am renting for a good amount of money. Would have appreciated some kind of compensation or reduction in rental price. Or at the very least, to have shared this information with potential renters.
