Mary Kuchka

Mary has been with Berger Realty for over 29 years. She is one of our most experienced agents, and loves working with families helping them buy, sell and rent Ocean City homes. She has extensive education including a B.A. from Susquehanna University, and has attended the Real Estate Institute at Temple University. She has her GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), which is considered to be a graduate degree in real estate. The CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) is held by only 4% of Realtors nationwide.  It is the gold standard of Realtors.  She has been a consistent winner of the Million Dollar Sales Club, and the Circle of Excellence, and has earned membership in the Distinguished Sales Club. She is a member of the Ocean City Board of Realtors, and is currently serving as a member of the Professional Standards Committee.
