With a TV in every bedroom, everyone in your group can spread out and relax after their time together on the beach at America's Greatest Family Resort. The enclosed outside shower allows for easy clean up and there is room for 2 vehicles to park off the street. Take a walk to the Tabernacle when they host the Farmers Market on Wednesdays. Nest Thermostat, newly replaced central air-conditioning, new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood floors in the family room and hallway along with ceramic tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Two reserved parking spaces in the back of the condo. Enclosed outside shower. Additional storage for your beach equipment is available in the side entrance Enjoy the sunrise from the back deck Adirondack chairs as you sip your morning coffee or relax after a full day of sun and enjoy the spectacular nighttime view of the famous Gillians Wonderland Pier Ferris Wheel. There is also a covered front deck which is right off the living area and provides a table and chairs for 6, as well as a smaller pub table with two pub height chairs. Two short blocks from the condo are the historic Asbury Ave and Downtown Ocean City where the island lives year-round.
