Built in 2005, this tastefully furnished and decorated home is only a block and a half to the beach. New for the 2016 season, there will be a gate across the front porch steps. Upgrades for the 2015 season included WIFI and an upgraded cable package, new laminate wood flooring in all bedrooms, and all new living room furniture. Close to everything including the Acme Market, Wawa, CVS and Blitz's famous market and delicatessen. A television and DVD in every bedroom. Park your car and walk to everything. Excellent agent. Always responsive to our requests. Loved the condo we rented. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Thoughtful owner. Leaves beach tags. A very nice extra.
