Charming and bright beach house recently redecorated and centrally located to the beach and boardwalk. Located just 5 houses from the boardwalk/beach it is close enough to walk back for lunch. Sneak a peek of the water from the large front porch furnished with a seating area for 4 and a table for 6 to enjoy OC all day long. Open concept dining and living room featuring a Roku TV. There is sleeping for 6 and an outside shower for showering after long days at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, or if you don't feel like cooking, take a walk up to the boardwalk, town or the local market.

Brandon was patient and knowledgeable about the unit we were looking to rent! Brandon is our go to in O.C. and we can’t wait for him to find us next years 4 bedroom 1st floor rental no more than 2 blocks from the beach! We were checking out several places on Central Avenue especially 1400 Central Ave. can’t wait to hear back from Brandon
