Nice location. The unit was super clean and well equipped, with a large garage area and a very nice “outdoor” shower. Short walk from Asbury to great South End beaches, ice cream shop and Sack o Subs. Loved it!!!

Very nice condo. Clean and comfortable However ad stated 2 parking spaces Enclosed garage was small and filled with owners stuff. No storage closet for our stuff Leaving one outdoor space to park Had to park on street for 2nd car

Recall memories of summers past. Relax in one of the last of Ocean City's classic bungalows. Plenty of windows to let in the sea breeze (or turn on the AC), pine floors, built-in cabinets, screened front porch, washer and dryer, two outdoor showers (a sand shower, and an enclosed shower with rain-head nozzle) gas grill, smoke-free. Pooches welcomed. Quiet Neighborhood. It's got its quirks, but if you dislike vinyl siding and have a problem with silk flowers, this is the house for your family to create some fresh Ocean City memories.
